Music Lover, Concert Promoter, Dancer & Aspiring Drummer
I fell in love with Bend, Oregon after attending my first Roots Music Festival in 2017 and was blown away by the breath and depth of over 200 local bands featured that year. I bought a home in 2017 with visions of creating a vibrant space to build community. My first house concerts were in 2018. The Brave Soul Concert Stage was built in 2019. A draught tolerate, Central Oregon Native landscape was designed and installed over a four year period, leaving an 18 foot circular grass “dance floor” because I love to dance in bare feet! I safely hosted concerts during the Covid pandemic as joyfilled musical events were more important than ever. Fast forward to 2023 when I decided to take drum lessons and needed an appropriate space to make “big noise” without disturbing my neighbors. While converting my carport into a practice studio, the idea of sharing the Brave Soul Beats with other musicians was born. My commitment to our local music community continues to evolve!
